• Select a goal: Lose weight, Lose fat, Gain muscle, Gain Weight, or Maintain
  • If you select Lose fat, you need to know your bodyfat percentage. Maybe with a bodyfat caliper
  • For others (Lose fat, Gain muscle, Weight), you need to enter your target weight in kg.
  • Finally, you can select different protein grams/kg

Now go and achieve your goals!
