I get no sound

The player needs to fully load it's components *and* download the module file before it starts playing.

The player is fully loaded on my iPhone, playbars are moving but I still get no sound.

Check that you are not on vibrate mode. Apparently, if you have your iPhone on vibrate mode, the sound doesn't play.
